There was quite a difference between the behavior between the first and second drawing I classes. The first class was quiet and worked most of the class. There are several factors contributing to the disruptiveness of the second class.

I learned about how more seriously deal with behavior i.e. pulling the student into the hall to talk. This is a better technique than confrontation in front of the class which can have negative results for all involved.
